京都动画揭示日本动画制作流程，动画的制作过程：

京都动画是日本的动画制作公司。是目前投资收益率最高的动画公司。

京都动画公司简介：

公司全称：株式会社京都アニメーション（京都动画，Kyoto Animation），昵称为“京アニ”（京阿尼），京都动画的贴吧也叫做京阿尼吧。 点击此处添加图片说明 公司成立于1981年。1985年7月12日成为有限公司，并于1999年成为股份有限公司。 2003年开始独立制作动画。

在众多制作小组都把总部设立在东京的今天，选定制作环境优秀的京都宇治来成立工作室的京都动画目前已经成为精致和高质量的代名词，很多人是通过《AIR》才意识到京都动画的存在的，而实际上京都动画早在1981年就已经成立，对于一般由エロ游戏改编的TV动画来说，制作质量最多不过是凑活一下，然而在京都动画的努力下，2005年的《AIR》成为了例外，这部短短的12话（外加一部特别篇）TV版，由京都本社的监督石原立也执导，几乎每一个画面都精致细腻，眼部的表现更显水灵可人。尽管KEY社原画樋上いたる的游戏人设在众多精美画风的GALGAME中不显出彩，不过TV版造型改编得非常漂亮，比剧场版的造型更加贴切原作，如果要说《AIR》有什么遗憾，那就是故事太过拘泥原作，但精湛的画面足以掩盖一切的瑕疵。后来追加制作的“AIR 夏特别篇”，补完了TV中没有提到的“SUMMER”篇情节，同时也加入了许多原创的部分，为京都的《AIR》划上了一个圆满的句号。 　　

虽然成立已有20多年之久，但直到2000年前京都只是作为“制作协力”而接受一些大公司的外包工作，甚至不会出现在STAFF名单里。90年代中期京都逐渐了获得了更多总承包的工作，在《不可思议的游戏》中得到的锻炼机会为日后的独当一面奠定了基础。90年代末动画的制作集数开始向短篇发展，这也让SUNRISE的《犬夜叉》成为最后一部京都为他人做嫁衣的动画，2006年的《凉宫春日的忧郁》TV版引发的热潮，就更加给了我们为京都动画歌功颂德的理由了。OVA方面，由京都董事长八田英明亲自担任制片人、他的贤内助八田阳子负责企划案、京都本社的木上益治担任监督的《Munto》以其高素质为京都20年添上了绚烂的一笔。 　　

京都动画的前身为“京都动画工作室”。创办人八田阳子本身曾经在手冢治虫工作室担任动画完稿上色的工作，与夫婿八田英明结婚后搬家到京都府宇治市，1981年成立工作室，跟邻近的家庭主妇一起承接龙之子制作公司与日升动画的完稿外包工作。而在1985年公司法人化，八田英明就任为社长。一开始是上色专门公司，1986年成立作画部门。 　　

1987年，京都动画藉由承包龙之子的电视动画《赤い光弹ジリオン》而跨入动画制作的领域。该作品的制作人石川光久后来成立I.G.龙之子（后来改制为Production I.G.）之际，京都动画曾出资支援。 　　

自1990年代中期以降，京都动画已经具备有独立制作动画的所有环节，包括演出，作画，完稿，背景，摄影等等。从而开始“统包”业务（日语：グロス请け，意思是将A公司承接的长篇动画当中分出数集，交给B公司去统筹制作，在此京都动画扮演B公司的角色。）在京都动画统包业务全盛时期，曾拥有四个工作室，超过100人以上的员工。同时也承接游戏外盒设计等业务。 　　1992年，京都动画承包SHIN-EI动画委托的电视动画影集《咒いのワンピース》时首次以公司内部的资源与人力完成全套制作流程。此时京都的高品质名声已经在业界建立口碑，并成为SHIN-EI动画，日升动画，Studio Pierrot等公司的长期外包伙伴。动画监督杉井仪三郎曾经表示，由于京都的作画品质甚高，甚至有制作公司为了等待京都有空档而调整动画的制作时间表。 　　

2000年，京都动画将旗下大阪工作室独立成为关系企业，命名为“AnimationDo”，主要承包SHIN-EI动画的我们这一家，以及《哈雷小子》等动画影集。以及母公司京都动画委托的外包业务。 　　

2003年，京都动画制作了惊爆危机校园篇的动画。 　　

其后京都动画开始专注于独立制作动画，并于2004年犬夜叉系列影集结束之后终止了大部分的统包业务（移至AnimationDo），仅剩下蜡笔小新的动画与完稿仍继续承接外包。使业界开始关注京都动画的为2005年在日本播放的的动画AIR。本动画以压倒当时动画水准的评价引起了话题，京都动画的名字在动画迷之间商标化。自AIR之后，京都动画把恋爱游戏制作公司‘Key’的作品逐一动画化，如‘Kanon’‘CLANNAD’‘CLANNAD -AFTER STORY-’等，每年制作一套。 　　

同于2005年，制作了惊爆危机系列的续篇惊爆危机 The Second Raid，亦引起了不少的话题。 　　

然后2006年播放的凉宫春日的忧郁，2007年播放的幸运☆星，同样掀起了热潮。 　　

基本来说，京都动画除了Key的作品外，主要亦是把角川书店的轻小说或漫画作品动画化。 　　

与惊爆危机的作者贺东招二有很深的关系，凉宫春日的忧郁第11话‘射手座之日’，幸运☆星第5,12,22话的剧本都是由他担当的。 　　原定2009年制作となりの801ちゃん，但因为诸般的事情使制作中止。 　　

2009年将munto第三部TV化，并将于09年春放映。 　　

2009年将四格漫画《K-ON!》（轻音少女）TV化，这部以小成本制作的动画却再次在日本掀起热潮，发售的音乐CD创造了日本Oricon公信榜动漫歌曲新的纪录，并于2010年推出第二季。
